Foundation Updates
We have upgraded our website & server to work better with you
We have upgraded the Foundation for Intermediaries website! It looks very similar, but, critically, enables us to launch more functionality in the future.
The site already has a few new features to make it easier for you to do business with us: a ‘mega-menu’ so you can see all your options at a glance, and a search function so you can find any page or document you need anywhere on the whole site.
The new server which helps us to futureproof Foundation for Intermediaries
We are now hosting over 100 pages, guides and FAQs in video and other formats, and we want to be able to continue to give you the information you want in all the media types you enjoy. But it’s not just the visible website that’s improved; we have shifted over to a new server – so the countless systems behind the whole broker experience can all now operate more quickly and expand, with the added security and capacity.
Part of maintaining our continual growth
We now have over twice as many visitors to the site each week than we did 2 years ago, and this will only increase as we grow as a business, so we wanted to move to a server that can carry that capacity now and also allow us to scale up at speed.
New innovations
We pride ourselves on being innovators at Foundation, not just in mortgage products but enabling agility within our own systems, and we want to be able to embrace opportunities to offer the best services to you the intermediary. That includes offering you better communication routes to whomever you need to speak to here, and personalising the communications you receive from us so they are truly relevant to you.
Investing in I.T. like this allows us to further integrate the AI and CRM capabilities we have, in order to help you. It also empowers our people to do more for you, putting more data at their fingertips at the right time.
Stepping up to the new world
The next decade is going to be very exciting in our industry; there will be challenges and changes which lenders and brokers will meet together, and the foot-up we can give ourselves now is broadening that infrastructure to allow us to grow as partners to you. We think we are ahead of the curve in a lot of ways in specialist lending, and aware also that there are ways we could offer you more; and this sort of upgrade is just the start of making it easier for brokers to do business with us.
