NEW! – Limited Edition Expat 2-year fixed now available
As of today, Thursday 2nd May, we have released new rates across our Solutions by Foundation range including a NEW Limited Edition Expat product.
We have released a new Limited Edition EXPAT 2-year Fixed product available up to 75% LTV with a 1.5% fee and a rate of 6.64%.

Other changes include:
- Mixed Use (Semi-commercial) products reduced by up to 0.20% with rates now starting from 6.89%
- S2 Expat products with rates now starting from 6.59%
- S2 2 and 5 Year Fixed Large HMO products with rates now starting from 6.64%
- S2 2 and 5 Year Fixed MUFB products with rates now starting from 6.44%
- S2 2 and 5 Year Fixed MPOT products with rates now starting from 6.59%
