Mortgage funding for properties with mixed use

For a property to qualify for Foundation Home Loans Semi Commercial (Mixed Use) mortgage the rental income and the valuation of the residential part of the property must be in excess of 60% of total for the property.  

Please note: When keying a Semi Commercial (Mixed Use) application select “MUB” as the occupancy type
