Introducing our new Limited Edition Key Worker product – plus rate reductions
We're excited to share our latest updates to our Residential range. Whether you have a first-time buyer or clients looking to remortgage, our products and criteria is as unique as your clients.
As part of our latest changes we are pleased to introduce a new residential Key Worker Product. The product is available on our F1 range and available to selected key workers. The product offers:
- 5 Year Fixed 75% LTV at 5.99%
- £595 product fee
- No application fee
- One free standard valuation
We’ve also made selected reductions across our core Residential range:
- F1 2- and 5- Year Fixed Remortgage Only products reduced by up 0.15% with rates starting from 6.04%, a £595 product fee, no application fee, one free standard valuation, and either £300 cashback or Fee Assisted Legal fees.
- F1 2 and 5 Year Fixed Green ABC+ reduced by 0.20% with rates from 6.29%, a £595 product fee and one free standard valuation.
- F3 and F4 2 – and 5 – year fixed rates reduced by 0.10% with rates starting from 6.39% with a £995 product fee.
