We are excited to announce the launch of our latest buy to let products, which offer new rates across our core range and specials ranges.

Core Range Highlights:
Our core range now includes several limited edition products up to 75% LTV, with rates starting from 5.99%. These new additions cater to a variety of property types and landlord situations:
- Standard HMO: 5-year fixed rate
- Short-term let: 5-year fixed rate
- Holiday let: 5-year fixed rate
- Multi-unit freehold block: 2-year fixed rate
- Expat: 2-year fixed rate
Buy to let specials range:
We've also introduced some exciting new products in our Buy to let specials range:
- F1 £4£ 2-year fixed re-mortgage product:
- Rate: 4.79%
- Product fee: 4%
- LTV: Up to 75%
- F1 5-year fixed products:
- Rates: 5.49% (up to 65% LTV) and 5.64% (up to 75% LTV)
- Product fee: 4% for both
- F1 2-year discount product:
- Rate: 5.14% (a discount of 4.35%)
- Product fee: 4%
- LTV: Up to 75%
- No Early Repayment Charges (ERCs)
