New and Reduced rates across buy to let range
We're excited to share our latest updates to our buy to let range. Whether you have experienced landlords growing their portfolios or your newcomers entering the property market, our products and criteria are made to support all types of landlords.

As part of our latest changes, we are pleased to introduce new F1 fixed rates:
- New BTL F1 5 Year Fixed product, up to 65% LTV with a rate of 5.64% and a 1.5% fee
- New BTL F1 5-Year Fixed product, up to 65% LTV remortgage only with a rate of 5.89% and a £1,295 fee with no application fee and one standard free valuation, and £500 cashback.
We've also made selected reductions across our F1 and F2 standard ranges:
- F1 5-Year Fixed ERC3 reduced by 0.30% with a rate of 5.94% and a 1% product fee
- F1 2 Year Fixed products reduced by up to 0.25%, with rates starting from 5.94%
- F2 remortgage only 5 Year Fixed products reduced by up to 0.20%, with a £1,295 product fee, one free valuation, no application fee and £500 cashback, rates starting from 6.14%
