This is the first case that I have done with Foundation and the service and updates have been amazing, the system is very good to use and uploading of documents is nice and easy. The direct contact with the underwriter Lisa was a massive help to get the case offered.

As a broker this isn't my first case using Foundation and always had good experiences. This most recent case had seen declines by other lenders however with the help of BDM Fiona Robertson and a sensible human approach to underwriting by Sajad Nawaz the finer points of the case were understood and my customer received the mortgage offer she needed

What fantastic service right through from initial discussions with RAM Cheryl, through the application and then up to offer with underwriter Hayley. Totally refreshing to see such personal service.
