Buy to let refresh: maximum loan size increased to £3m
We're excited to share that today we have refreshed our entire buy to let range. As part of this refresh, we have increased our maximum loan amount for products up to 65% LTV to £3m
Other key highlights of today's refresh include:
- F1 2 Year Fixed Limited Edition at 75% with a 1% fee and a rate of 5.60%
- NEW F2 2 Year Fixed HMO Limited Edition at 75% with a 1.00% fee and a rate of 5.75%
- NEW F1 and F2 5 Year Fixed Green ABC+ at 70% with a 1.25% fee, no application fee and free valuation with rates starting from 5.79%
