For your clients reaching the end of their initial term with us, who do not require any further borrowing
We only accept applications for product Transfers from mortgage intermediaries.
When your client reaches the end of the initial rate of their mortgage, they may be eligible to apply for a product transfer with us. We write to eligible borrowers before the end of the expiry of their initial rate and invite them to authorise a mortgage intermediary to act for them.
Customers must grant 3rd party authority for us to discuss their mortgage account with any mortgage intermediary by completing and sending us the 3rd party authority form. Mortgage intermediaries with the completed form should call us on 0344 770 8032 to apply.
