Anthony has a mixed portfolio of properties held within an SPV and is interested in purchasing a 20 bedroomed HMO.  He knows the area and the property is located near to a hospital so it will be a great investment.

  • Rent £12,000 per month total

As we have no upper limit on the number of bedrooms for HMO’s, we are able to lend on a property of this size and will carry out a Commercial Valuation to confirm the full investment value of the property. In addition, although the rent exceeds £100k per annum we are happy to accept a Common Law Tenancy Agreement.
