Prize draw terms and conditions

By participating in the Batek game at the Mortgage Advice Bureau event on 27 November 2025 and providing your contact details to us, you will automatically be entered into our prize draw. Therefore, please take a moment to review the terms and conditions of this prize draw

1.                     The promoter of this prize draw is Paratus AMC Limited (trading as Foundation Homes Loans) ‘a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 03489004 whose registered office is at 5 Arlington Square, Downshire Way, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1WA).

2.                     The prize draw is open to professional intermediaries’ resident in the UK, aged 18 and over only.

3.                     The prize draw is not open to employees of Foundation Home Loans, or any group companies or family members or anyone else connected to the prize draw.

4.                     Only one entry per person is permitted.

5.                       The prize draw period is from 08:45 hours to 13:15 hours on 27 November 2025 (the ‘Prize Draw Period’). Only fully completed entries received within the Prize Draw Period will be entered into the prize draw.

6.                      Entries received after the Prize Draw Period will not be entered into the prize draw.

7.                      There are three prizes: a Stanley cup, a JBL portable speaker and Sony headphones.

8.                     Three winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entrants received. The result is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

9.                     No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.

10.                 The prizes cannot be claimed by a third party on behalf of the winners.

11.                 The prizes are  awarded conditionally upon acceptance and, if a winner is unable to be contacted, or if the prizes are unclaimed or declined after the winners are announced, at the Promoters’ absolute discretion, the prizes shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and  supplementary winners may be drawn from the eligible entries that were received before the end of the Prize Draw Period.

12.                 The winners will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) within 30 days after the end of the Prize Draw Period. If the winners do not respond to the promoter within 30 days of being notified by the promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the promoter will be entitled to draw another winner form the eligible entries that were received before the end of the Prize Draw Period.

13.                 The prizes are not transferable and is non-negotiable.  No cash or credit alternatives will be offered.

14.                 Foundation Home Loans retains the right to substitute the prizes with another prize or prizes of similar value in the event that the original prizes as offered are not available.

15.                 Foundation Home Loans accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize. Foundation Home Loans further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s electronic device relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the prize draw.

16.                 Foundation Home Loans reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Foundation Home Loans in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered in to.

17.                 Foundation Home Loans shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, power outage, software viruses or other electronic device contamination, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

18.                 By entering, all entrants grant to the promoter the right to publish their name and location for publicity, research and news purposes but, under no circumstances, will the entrants’ personal data be published without prior written permission from the entrant.

19.                 Foundation Home Loans reserves the right to retain any data gathered via the prize draw in accordance with the data protection regulations.

20.                 The name of the winners may be requested by sending a signed request along with a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request to Marketing Manager, Foundation Home Loans, No.5 Arlington Square, Downshire Way, Bracknell, RG12 1WA.

21.                 Foundation Home Loans will arrange delivery of the gift card to the email address provided by the winner upon entry to the prize draw. The winners are responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with the prizes.

22.                 Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

23.                 The prize draw will be governed by English law.
