Foundation Updates
New and updated Residential Professional and Buy to Let rates launched, along with Professionals products now available on all repayment types, including interest only.
As of today, Thursday, September 12th, we have updated selected rates in our Residential Professionals’ range and also made them available on all repayment types, including interest only. Additionally, we are excited to introduce new products, including a brand-new F1 Green 5-Year Fixed BTL product.
Changes to the Professionals Residential range:
- New F1 5 Year Fixed Professionals product up to 65% LTV with a £995 fee and £350 Cashback with a rate of 5.74%
- F1 5 Year Fixed Professionals products at 75% and 85% with a £995 fee and £350 Cashback with rates now starting from 5.84%
Additional changes: Professionals products now available on all repayment types, including interest only
Changes to the Buy to Let range:
- New F1 Green 5 Year Fixed product with a 1.25% fee, one free standard valuation and no application fee, with a rate of 5.54% up to 75% LTV
- F2 Large Portfolio 5 Year Fixed product reduced by 0.20% with a 1.25% fee, one free standard valuation and no application fee with a rate now at 6.29% up to 70% LTV
