Meet Nathan Goodridge – Foundation Home Loans’ Head of Sales, and the driving force behind a simpler, smarter way of working

Nathan’s not just managing the sales team; he’s helping shape how we support brokers every day. With hands-on experience from the field, he builds teams that meet brokers’ needs without overcomplicating things.

A career built on both sides of lending

Nathan joined Foundation Home Loans in early 2022 as a National Sales Manager, bringing with him over ten years of experience in financial services. Before that, he’d worked with big names like Lloyds Banking Group and Metro Bank, gaining experience in both high street and specialist lending.

That mix has served him well. He understands what brokers need from a lender, but also knows the pressure lenders are under to make fast, accurate decisions, especially when cases fall outside the usual criteria. He’s brought that balanced perspective to Foundation Home Loans, where he’s helped shape a sales team that’s sharp, responsive, and easy to work with.

In 2024, Nathan was promoted to Head of Sales, reporting directly into Director of Sales Grant Hendry. Since taking on the role, he’s been a driving force behind how we structure and support our field sales team— helping brokers across the UK place cases more confidently.

Building a team that actually supports brokers

One of Nathan’s biggest changes has been bringing buy to let and residential sales together. Instead of splitting support between product types, brokers now work with a single Regional Account Manager (RAM) who understands both sides of the business.
