How to… key an application for a Professionals mortgage
At Foundation, we offer a range of mortgages for professionals, which allow your eligible borrowers to access a loan amount of up to six times their income.
Up to two applicants can apply on a Professionals product, and only one of them needs to be an eligible professional.
To find the maximum loan amount we may be able to lend, select Professional Product on the ‘Special Product’ dropdown on the affordability calculator. This will unlock the income multiples of up to 6 x income.
At DIP stage: selecting a Professionals product will also unlock the right income multiples for your borrower. You can find the specific products on our latest rate guide here.
