Sarah owns 4 Buy to Let properties in her personal name. Her accountant has recommended she buys her next Buy to Let property in a Limited Company so they have just set this up.
She wishes to buy a property in Devon which she intends to let out via Air B&B, however she has no experience in running an Air B&B.
The only income she receives is from her Buy to Let portfolio.
