Kevin and John are experienced portfolio landlords owning 80 mortgaged Buy to Lets in their SPV. Neither have any adverse credit. Both are higher rate tax payers. They would like to remortgage some of their properties to raise the deposit to grow their portfolio further.

Because we specialise in Portfolio Landlord Buy to Let mortgages, we have no limit on how many Buy to Lets a customer can own in the background. We allow our customers to have up to £5m in lending with us at Foundation. Once Kevin & John have submitted their first case to us we can link any additional cases submitted within the next 6 months, cross referencing all documents that are in date to expedite the process.

Not only that but as they have more than 10 Buy to Let properties in their portfolio, we will populate the portfolio into our spreadsheet for them, saving them time. Also as they are choosing to purchase the property within a SPV Limited Company, the rental calculation will be 125% x Pay Rate (if using a 5 year fixed rate) giving them maximum borrowing regardless of them being higher rate tax payers.
