  • Allows landlords to re-mortgage within 6 months of initial purchase
  • Product is not available for Large HMOs or MUBs or early re-mortgaging where the original purchase was in cash

An ‘Early’ remortgage product up to 75% LTV for standard HMOs of up to 6 occupants.

Designed for landlords who have bought and improved a property and then wish to re-mortgage without waiting the typical 6 months, including those bridging or who have undertaken a recent conversion from single occupancy property to an HMO. 

Residential fee-assisted remortgage range up to 80% LTV

  • £250 cashback on completion
  • No application fee
  • Flat product fee of £595
