Do I need to register again?

You’ve made the decision to register with Foundation, and we are looking forward to working close. If you are already registered with Foundation home Loans, you don't need to register again to use Solutions by Foundation. Your same password works across all three. You DO need to register if you would like access to Mixed use (part commercial) mortgages. Please select that specific option below.

Why register with Foundation?

You’ve made the decision to register with Foundation, and we are looking forward to working closely with you to help grow your mortgage advice business. As well as this, when you’re registered:

  • You’ll be on the list to receive the first notifications about rates closing or launching
  • You can get ahead with your Due Diligence to reduce the delay to your DIPs and Mortgage Applications
  • We can support you with Specialist mortgage expertise to help grow your product offering.

Please note:

  • You/your firm must be registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for Data Protection before your Foundation registration can be completed
  • Once your request has been submitted using the form, your log in details will be emailed to you as soon as possible
  • Login details should be received in 1 day for standard registrations and within 3 days for those requiring access to Mixed Use Property product.
