What’s changed?
- We’ve re-introduced our large loan products up to 65% LTV with a max loan size of £2m
- We’ve brought back our early remortgage 5 year fixed product with a max LTV of 75%
- Re-introduction of short term let products with 2 and 5 year fixed rates up to 75% LTV
- Reduction of selected rates by up to 40 basis points
These products are available to both portfolio and non-portfolio landlords as well as individuals and
those operating as a limited company.
