New 65% LTV products at 60% rates, up to £2m

Our residential range is undergoing some exciting changes today.

These changes make our competitive rates available to your extra-ordinary residential clients at a higher LTV  and also allow your clients to borrow up to £2m with us.

What's changed?

  • We have increased the LTV on all 60% LTV products to 65% with the rates for these products remaining the same
  • New £2m maximum loan size for residential products up to 65% LTV
  • A number of rate reductions on our 75% LTV products
  • End dates have been extended to 31/01/2023 for 2 year products and 31/01/2026 for 5 year products
