My daily routine now consists of…
Waking up at 7.00am and having a quick workout, shower and get ready for the day ahead. I then go downstairs to make my morning smoothie and an oat milk latte. I'm at my desk for 8.30am to catch up on all emails from the previous evening and to make my list of calls and tasks list for the day. I have a catch up with team members between 9am and 10am and then with my PA at 10.30am. Most of my working day during lockdown has been spent on the phone so thank god for my Apple airpods. I usually try and wrap my day up by 5.00pm and then go for a bike ride with my kids.
Best film/TV programme watched or best book read during lockdown?
The best films I've watched during lockdown have been Wonder and Darkest Hour.
Have you contacted people you have not spoken to for a long time?
Yes I have tried to reach out to all those people who I haven’t been in regular contact with. I've also had lots of Zoom calls with family and friends as well as many quiz and bingo evenings.
What do you miss the most?
Playing sports and going to the gym. Thankfully the golf courses are now open!
What top lockdown tip can you share with others?
Cherish and enjoy what you already have in your life and be grateful!
