With so much activity in the market, we know it is tricky for you to stay up to date with all the latest. So, I thought I would provide a summary of recent changes:
- ICRs for limited company and basic rate tax payers is now @125% - and this applies to all applicable property types
- HMOs are available to 75% LTV
- Short term let products are once again available
- Large loan product is back (max loan £2m)
- We have 2 year discounted rates with no ERCs
- Clients can have a 5 year fixed rate on a standard BTL property at just 3.59% (up to 75% LTV)
- For HMOs, a 5 year fixed rate is currently 4.64% (up to 75% LTV)
- And all loans revert to BBR
