We have also introduced a number of criteria changes across our buy to let range including the re-introduction of a 125% ICR for limited company borrowers and basic-rate taxpayers and we are also offering products for first-time landlords again.
Other changes being made today include:
- Rates have been reduced across our Buy to Let Range by up to 50 bps.
- What's more HMOs and Multi Unit Blocks are now available to 75% LTV
- A new five-year product with a fixed fee of £1,995
- Extension of our end dates to 31/10/2022 for 2 year products and 31/10/2025 for 5 year fixed rate products
- And don't forget, all loans now revert to BBR
