Changes to our products

We’ve made a number of changes to our buy to let and residential products.

 

Buy To Let

  • We will be increasing rates on all buy to let products by 30 basis points
  • We will be withdrawing our remortgage special product
  • Our low loan products are also being withdrawn

Residential

  • We will be increasing rates on all residential products by 30 basis points
  • Our fee-assisted range of residential products are being withdrawn
  • We will no longer be providing free valuations on our residential range

Any DIPs on existing products need to be received by close of business today. You will then have twenty one days from your DIP accept date (please refer to your illustration for this date) to progress to FMA.
