We can now lend up to £1.5m on HMOs and Multi Unit Blocks

We are increasing the maximum loan size for HMOs and Multi Unit Blocks to £1.5m.

The increase will mean our products are now available to more landlords.

The ICRs are the same for HMOs as they are standard property, which is why our products are rather popular.
