  • The rate is 3.19% up to 75% LTV
  • The arrangement fee is 1.5%
  • It is a 5 year fixed rate
  • Predominantly clean credit history
  • Portfolio landlords only
  • The rental calculation is either 125% x pay rate (limited companies) or 145% x pay rate (individuals)
